Brain Injury Article
Rich has written a ground-breaking article on traumatic brain injury entitled “Debunking the Top 10 Myths of Traumatic Brain Injury: Effective Cross Examination of the Defense Neuropsychologist.” The article was published in the Minnesota Association for Justice magazine, and Rich has rewritten the article for publication in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association magazine. Brain injury issues can arise in E. coli cases when the client has developed hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), a condition that can lead to kidney failure, seizures and brain injury.
Education and Experience
Rich earned his B.A. from Hamline University and his J.D. cum laude (with honors) from the Hamline University School of Law. He is a member of the Board of Governors of Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and serves on a number of committees in that organization.
