- Expanded Nebraska Beef Recall
Nebraska Beef expanded the recall below because the USDA’s Food Safety Inspection Service determined that beef products produced on certain dates may not have been produced under sanitary conditions. - Cub Foods Recall
Minnesota Cub Foods stores recalled beef products because they were part of the Nebraska Beef recall below. - Nebraska Beef and Coleman Recall
Nebraska Beef has recalled beef products sold under the Coleman brand due to DNA testing that has linked them to a multi-state E. coli outbreak. - S & S Foods Ground Beef Recall
S & S Foods has recalled ground beef due to DNA testing that linked S & S ground beef to an E. coli outbreak at the Goshen Scout Reservation. - Dorothy Lane Recall
Dorothy Lane has recalled ground beef that used Nebraska Beef ground beef components. - Beef Packers Beef Cheek Recall
Beef Packers, Inc. has issued a recall of 1,560 pounds of beef cheek. No illnesses have been reported. - Nebraska Beef, Ltd. Recall
Nebraska Beef has recalled 5.3 million pounds of beef products. - Kroger Ground Beef Recall
There are now 32 confirmed cases in an E. coli outbreak in Michigan (Michigan E. coli) and Ohio (Ohio E. coli) linked to Kroger ground beef. - JSM Meat Recall
JSM Meat Holdings Company, Inc. has recalled an undetermined amount of beef products intended for use in ground products because they may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. Read about the JSM Meat Holdings Company Beef Recall.
- Rochester Meat Company Recall
Rochester Meat Company has recalled about 188,000 pounds of ground beef due to possible contamination with E. coli O157:H7. At least 6 people have contracted E. coli O157:H7 infections associated with eating Rochester Meat Company ground beef served in restaurants and food service institutions in Wisconsin and California. On January 5, 2008, the USDA-FSIS announced a recall of about 13,150 pounds of beef products (steak and ground beef products) that may be contamintated with E. coli O157:H7. The beef products were voluntarily recalled by Mark’s Quality Meats, Inc., a Detroit, Michigan company after being distributed to Detroit restaurants.
